"Chicken" Stir Fry

If you need a super quick and easy meal, try this plant-based version of "chicken" stir fry! It will take less than 20 minutes!

Prep Time: 1 minute
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 11 minutes

Ingredients
- 1 package of Plant-Based “Chicken” 
- 1 package of Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables 
- 1 Onion, diced 
- ¼ cup Stir Fry Sauce, I used a vegan version 
- ½ tbsp. Sesame Seed Oil 
- 1 tbsp. Garlic, minced 
- 1 tbsp. Ginger Paste 
- ½ tbsp, Chili Garlic Paste, adjust based on spicy preference 
- Salt and Pepper to taste 
Instructions
- In a wok or medium pot, add some olive oil and saute the onions on medium-high heat. 
- Add in plant-based “chicken”, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Saute for about 2-3 minutes. 
- Next add in the ginger and garlic, and continue cooking for about 1-2 minutes. 
- Add in the stir fry vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes. 
- Now add in the stir fry sauce, sesame seed oil, and garlic paste. Mix everything well and continue to cook for about 1-2 minutes. 
- Turn off the heat, and serve hot over rice. Enjoy!
