If you need a super quick and easy meal, try this plant-based version of "chicken" stir fry! It will take less than 20 minutes!

Ingredients
1 package of Plant-Based “Chicken”
1 package of Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables
1 Onion, diced
¼ cup Stir Fry Sauce, I used a vegan version
½ tbsp. Sesame Seed Oil
1 tbsp. Garlic, minced
1 tbsp. Ginger Paste
½ tbsp, Chili Garlic Paste, adjust based on spicy preference
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
In a wok or medium pot, add some olive oil and saute the onions on medium-high heat.
Add in plant-based “chicken”, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Saute for about 2-3 minutes.
Next add in the ginger and garlic, and continue cooking for about 1-2 minutes.
Add in the stir fry vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Now add in the stir fry sauce, sesame seed oil, and garlic paste. Mix everything well and continue to cook for about 1-2 minutes.
Turn off the heat, and serve hot over rice. Enjoy!
