"Chicken" Stir Fry

If you need a super quick and easy meal, try this plant-based version of "chicken" stir fry! It will take less than 20 minutes!

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 11 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Plant-Based “Chicken”

  • 1 package of Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables

  • 1 Onion, diced

  • ¼ cup Stir Fry Sauce, I used a vegan version

  • ½ tbsp. Sesame Seed Oil

  • 1 tbsp. Garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp. Ginger Paste

  • ½ tbsp, Chili Garlic Paste, adjust based on spicy preference

  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a wok or medium pot, add some olive oil and saute the onions on medium-high heat.

  2. Add in plant-based “chicken”, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Saute for about 2-3 minutes.

  3. Next add in the ginger and garlic, and continue cooking for about 1-2 minutes.

  4. Add in the stir fry vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Now add in the stir fry sauce, sesame seed oil, and garlic paste. Mix everything well and continue to cook for about 1-2 minutes.

  6. Turn off the heat, and serve hot over rice. Enjoy!
