Have leftover rice? Don't waste it! Why not make some fried rice?!

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 6
Ingredients
- 1-2 cups of leftover rice that’s been sitting in your refrigerator
- 1 ½ cups of Kimchi (check the ingredients to ensure it’s vegan/plant-based)
- ¼ cup shredded Seaweed (you can use the seaweed snack packets or tea a seaweed wrapper)
- 2-3 Tbsp. of Tamari or Soy Sauce
- 1-2 Tbsp. of Sesame Seed Oil
Instructions
- On medium-high heat, throw in some olive oil and your rice. Mix your rice around, breaking up any clumps.
- Next, evenly pour in the soy sauce and sesame seed oil over the rice. Continue to stir and fold the rice for about 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce and oil to flavor the rice.
- Now add in your kimchi and the kimchi paste. Continue to mix everything together until all the rice is coated.
- Last, turn off the heat and garnish with your seaweed. You can always do this after you place the rice as well. Enjoy!
