Things I have In My Pantry

Cooking can feel like a chore sometimes, especially when you've had an incredibly long day from work or errands. Instead of opting to eat out, or order fast food; here is a list of a few "Go To" items that I always keep in my pantry for quick and easy meals.


- Canned Beans (black, chickpea/garbanzo mostly)

- Spam

- Sardines

- Ramen Noodles

- Crackers

- Dried Pasta

- Rice

- Quinoa

- Soba Noodles

- Broth (typically vegetable)

- Pistachios/Variety of Nuts

- Baking Goods (flour, baking soda and powder, sugar, etc.)

- Coconut Milk

- Pancake Mix

- Peanut/Almond Butter

- Oatmeal/Granola

- Almond Milk

- Protein Powders (my husband is a Triathlete)


This list is just what I typically keep in my pantry. I encourage you to have your own "Go To" items in your pantry for those days that you're tight on time!
